Arrival at Cairo International Airport, where you will be met and assisted before transferring to your hotel. Enjoy the rest of the day at leisure and prepare for the adventure ahead. Overnight in Cairo.

Pyramids & Grand Egyptian Museum
Begin your Egyptian journey with a visit to the spectacular Grand Egyptian Museum, home to some of the world's greatest archaeological treasures. Continue to the legendary Pyramids of Giza and the Sphinx, where ancient history comes alive before your eyes. Lunch included during the tour. Overnight in Cairo.

DAY 3

Embark on the Nile Adventure | Cairo - Beni Suef
Early morning transfer to board your Nile cruise vessel and begin one of Egypt's rarest travel experiences - sailing the Nile from the north toward Upper Egypt. Relax on deck while watching the landscapes slowly transform from bustling Cairo into peaceful countryside and desert scenery. Pass by the ancient areas of Dahshur and Meidum before arriving in Beni Suef. Optional visit to the Monastery of Saint Maimon if time allows , depending on sailing conditions.

Into Upper Egypt | Beni Suef - Minya
Continue sailing deeper into Upper Egypt, where traditional villages, palm groves, and untouched Nile scenery create an authentic atmosphere rarely experienced by travelers. In the afternoon, Optional visit the Monastery of Gabal El-Tayr, one of the most important Holy Family pilgrimage sites in Egypt, dramatically located above the Nile cliffs.

Ancient Kingdoms & Lost Cities | Beni Hasan - Tell El-Amarna
This morning explore the remarkable tombs of Beni Hasan, famous for their colorful Middle Kingdom wall scenes. Continue to Tell El-Amarna, the mysterious city built by Pharaoh Akhenaten during one of Egypt's most fascinating periods of religious change. Discover the Northern Tombs and the remains of the ancient royal city before returning to the vessel and continuing south toward Assiut.

The Holy Family Route | Assiut - Sohag
Today follows part of the Holy Family's journey through Egypt, recognized as one of the country's most important Christian pilgrimage routes. Optional Visit the Monastery of Al-Muharraq and the Monastery of the Virgin Mary at Dronka before rejoining the vessel. Continue sailing through Upper Egypt toward Sohag while enjoying the peaceful scenery of the Nile Valley.

Monasteries & the Temple of Abydos
Explore the spiritual heart of Upper Egypt with optional visits to the famous White and Red Monasteries near Sohag. Continue to Abydos, one of ancient Egypt's holiest sites, where you will visit the magnificent Temple of Seti I dedicated to Osiris, god of the afterlife. Return to the vessel and continue sailing south.

Dendera Temple & Arrival in Luxor
Visit the beautifully preserved Temple of Dendera, dedicated to the goddess Hathor and famous for its extraordinary astronomical ceiling and vibrant carvings. After the visit, continue sailing toward Luxor, arriving in the afternoon in the world's greatest open-air museum.

Luxor | Temples & Tombs of the Pharaohs
Discover the wonders of ancient Thebes with a visit to Luxor's legendary West Bank, including the Valley of the Kings and the royal burial sites of the pharaohs. In the afternoon, explore the vast Karnak Temple Complex and Luxor Temple, two of Egypt's most iconic ancient monuments.

Nubian Aswan Experience
Transfer to Aswan by train ( Is this 1st class?) and begin discovering the relaxed atmosphere and Nubian culture of southern Egypt. Visit the beautiful Temple of Philae and the Unfinished Obelisk before checking into your hotel in the Nubian Village. In the evening, enjoy a traditional boat ride on the Nile followed by dinner at a local Nubian family-run restaurant.

Leisure Day in Aswan
Enjoy a free day in Aswan to relax or join an optional excursion to the magnificent temples of Abu Simbel. In the evening, board the overnight sleeper train back to Cairo.

Cairo Hidden Gems & El Alamein
Arrive in Cairo and enjoy a different side of the city away from the traditional tourist routes. Wander through the lively alleys of Khan El Khalili Bazaar, enjoy a traditional Egyptian breakfast, and explore the historic streets of Islamic Cairo. Later, continue by road to El Alamein and visit the famous WWII Museum and Cemetery.

Alexandria Mediterranean Discovery
Spend the day exploring Alexandria, Egypt's Mediterranean jewel. Visit the Catacombs of Kom El Shoqafa, the modern Bibliotheca Alexandrina, and the Citadel of Qaitbay overlooking the sea. Enjoy a walk along the famous Corniche and savor a seafood lunch by the Mediterranean before returning to El Alamein.
